About Karen Watson
With over 30 years of experience in the Early Years sector, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families in achieving their fullest potential. My journey, rooted in Child Development and Family Learning, naturally evolved into Life Coaching, fuelled by my passion for helping people navigate life's challenges and realise their goals. As a certified Transformational Life Coach, I have had the privilege of guiding clients through a variety of personal and professional challenges, including managing anxiety and depression, strengthening parenting and family dynamics, building and sustaining healthy relationships, career development and growth, and enhancing health and wellbeing. As a lone parent, I deeply understand the complexities of family life. My personal experiences have shaped my empathetic approach, allowing me to connect with clients on a meaningful level. I am committed to ongoing learning and development, working with my own coach and pursuing further training in the 3 Principles of Thoughts, Mind, and Consciousness. Reaching out for help can be difficult, and it takes courage to take that first step. I'm here to listen and provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where you can explore your challenges without judgment. My coaching is personalised and designed to make a lasting impact, combining strategic techniques with compassionate guidance. Together, we'll challenge limiting beliefs and work towards enabling you to create a thriving life, whether you're facing small adjustments or major life changes. Training and qualifications include a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Coaching Academy, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and the Association for Coaching. Packages: 6 sessions at 100 per session, 12 sessions at 90 per session, 24 sessions at 85 per session.
